Pektron has over 30 years experience in the design and development of complex automotive electronic systems. With a wide portfolio of electronic systems ranging from electronic seat control to keyless and passive entry systems Pektron are ideally placed to support complete integrated systems.
Our design engineers use the very latest model based design tools for the development of embedded software, whilst our hardware design expertise combines a wealth of existing products covering a range of automotive applications along with pioneering new developments using the very latest components and technologies available.
Seat memory
Pektron has developed seat memory systems for prestige car applications. The systems can incorporate additional memory functions such as door mirror control and steering column position. Typical high line features include passenger door mirror dip on reverse, rapid exit control of the steering column and anti trap.
Instrument cluster
Following on from several years of experience in the off highway market Pektron is developing instrument clusters specifically for the high performance prestige car market. In 2008 Pektron will be consolidating its cluster manufacturing into a dedicated class 7 clean room facility.
Immobiliser
Pektron manufacture highly secure RFID based immobiliser systems.
Passive Entry
Pektron have developed an advanced passive entry and keyless go system for mainstream OEM applications. Incorporating state of the art security and vehicle access features it is designed to be integrated into the core vehicle architecture.
Engine Management
Pektron manufactures high quality advanced engine and powertrain control systems for the motorsport industry.
Fuel Sender
Pektron is developing a self calibrating, contactless fuel sender for automotive applications which provides highly accurate fuel level in all environmental conditions. It is configurable for fuel tank shape giving a truly linear output.
Body Control
Pektron has manufactured central body control modules since the early 90s. Current systems include keyless entry and other advanced feature content. We have built up a considerable library of software application modules which allows us to rapidly generate a body control system for a new application.
Gateway Module
Often the lowest cost route for integrating vehicle systems Pektron has a wealth of experience at producing robust hardware and software solutions that allow incompatible vehicle systems to communicate across networks.
Door Module
Usually working along side the body module Pektron has developed state-of-the-art door systems that control all local features such as mirrors, door locks, windows etc. Also working on a network through CAN or LIN. Additional feature can be incorporated such as keyless or passive entry.
Roof Control
Pektron has over 20 years experience of sun roof control. The latest systems incorporate on-shot features and advanced anti-trap.
