State of the art equipment in all production and test areas is used in our production facilities which comprise 4 units on a modern 7 acre site. Logistics is key to our success as Pektron source components from all over the world employing various materials management tools which cover all aspects of Supply Chain Management. This along with lean manufacturing principles allows Pektron to operate the manufacturing areas in a disciplined way fostering excellent employee ownership which in turn leads to products being assembled to a very high standard.

Surface Mount LinesManufacturing

Pektron has 9 fully automated high speed surface mount lines each placing components as small as 1005 at speeds of up to 110,000 components per hour. These lines include automatic paste printers, reflow ovens and automatic optical inspection.

In-Circuit TestICT

Most products are in circuit tested. Pektron has recently invested heavily in this area with the procurement of new equipment.

ICT is considered as essential for all medium and high volume products.
